About me…..

My name is Cheryl and I’m co-owner of a massage practice with my amazing husband. I’ve raised 5 of the most wonderful children, all married and have 13 grandchildren which I cherish. I also adore My husbands daughter and her boyfriend.

Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I was an at home mom, Pre School Teacher, Certified Nursing Assistant, Activity/Program Director, Marketing Director and Administrator. I worked in a Nursing Home, Independant Living and Assisted Living Speciality Care facilities.

I especially loved working with people with Alzheimer’s. I enjoy cooking, crafting, painting, sewing , decorating and cleaning.

I hope to inspire you to enjoy Activities through the ages. Here I will share tips and stories for Parents, grandparents, caregivers and activity directors.
